Cultural exchange facilities, the convention center where Okhotsk, the cultural exchange facilities (Okhotsk, ぶんかこうりゅうしせつ) assume a multipurpose hall echo hall in Abashiri-shi, Hokkaido core facilities. I am called the Okhotsk, cultural exchange center. Echo center 2000 that the nickname was decided by an open call for participants.
