Juba yl (with Arabic :الجبيل, Al Juba yl, ジュベイル, Joubert) is located in the eastern state of Saudi Arabia; a city facing the Persian Gulf. It is a the Saudi Arabia's biggest [1] and the Middle East's biggest manufacturing town and is a manufacturing town eminent in the world again [2]. In addition, one of the important base of the Saudi Arabian key industry public corporation which is a petrochemistry company of the fourth place in the Middle Eastern maximum, world is Juba yl. In this town, huge factories such as petrochemical products, artificial manure such as steel or the polyethylene polyester mushroom by oil refining in the first on the list [3]; [4]. IWPP (independent water, generation project) in this town can prepare power output capacity of 2743.6 megawatt and fresh water of 1,000,000m3 and is a factory proud of the world's largest scale in particular for a seawater desalination plant [5].
