Life

I was born in (1877), Tomiya-machi, Kurokawa-gun, Miyagi (existing Tomiya city) in 1877. Via the second high school, I graduate from the Tokyo Imperial University department of humanities University Department of English literature [²]. I study in Oxford University [²]. After returning home a professor at Waseda University [²] [³]. I run for (1924), the 15th member of the House of Representatives general election from four wards of Miyagi in 1924 and win for the first time. I take office as (1929), a Hamaguchi Cabinet domestic affairs of states advisor official in 1929. Run (1930) from one ward of Representative - 17th general election Miyagi 1930; and second [⁴] [⁵]. 1932 (1932), the 18th member of the House of Representatives general election election. 1937 (1937) in May constitutionalism civil administration party general affairs [⁶]. In June of the year, I take office as Vice Minister the first Imperial Guardsman Cabinet Education Ministry. I take office as the constitutionalism civil administration party whip head (1939) in April in 1939 [⁷]. I take office as (1941), Vice-Speaker, House of Representatives in 1941 [³]. I die from (1947), 69 years old in 1947.

I announced the questionary survey from 46 well-informed people titled "true power and the candidate of the proletarian party in the next general election it" in anticipation of the formation of a party of the proletarian party with the June issue (1925) in magazine "remodeling" 1925 published by remodeling company [³]. Inner ヶ 崎 which was a professor at Waseda University is one of the well-informed person who replied the questionnaire of the magazine article [³], but declares ヶ 崎 in by the answer of the questionnaire saying "there is a tendency to regard the true power of the existing political party as the persmall in the educated class, and this is an error, and the existing political party is incomplete and does it in the group of organized tradition marks, and it is 費 したる power, and the proletarian party does higher than at one sweep for the past 40 years and cannot hit this solidity" [⁹]. Only eight candidates of the proletarian party were elected even the Representative 16th general election that was the first general election by the universal suffrage that it cried that the overwhelming predominance of the existing political party shook even if universal suffrage was carried out as inner ヶ 崎 expected it [¹⁰] [¹⁰].

A bust is built in Tomiya Elementary School [²].
