Education council
The consultative body which assumed that the education council (きょういくひょうぎかい) was set up based on education council government organization (July 9, 1921 Imperial ordinance 309th) promulgated in 1921 by the Ministry of Education, and an investigation discussed an important matter about the education depending on cause inquiry of the supervision of the Minister of Education jurisdiction office work. It was installed in substitution for temporariness Board of Education [1]. I abolish it in April, 1924 [2].

- I refer Tokyo high institute of technology, Osaka high institute of technology, the condition of the Kobe high commercial school ノ organization change ノ matter ⇒ next and approve university setting. Accept the entrance to school qualification that is equal to a high school graduate to the new university trying to show a characteristic mainly involving each application, a technical school graduate.
- I refer the condition of the Tokyo and Hiroshima ニ line of thought department ヲ contents トスル specialty college ヲ setting スルコト ⇒ next and approve university setting. Recognize the entrance to school qualification that is equal to a high school graduate to changing a higher normal school non-degree graduate program to the organization of sentence College of Science, and retaining a high teacher as the attachment, giving necessary special education for a school teacher, a high teacher graduate.
