History
The club is formed of the member of the Cordelier district and is at time when constitution establishment National Assembly abolishes 60 districts of Paris as for it and established 48 division newly (May 21, 1790).
The club held a meeting first at the church of the Cordelier monastery (). The Cordelier is the name that the rules of a society group was given in France for the Francisco society beginning. The monastery becomes the anatomic デュピュイトラン Museum in conjunction with the medical school () now. However, the Cordelier served as the hall of the ドフィーヌ street of Paris () and, from 1791, was similar to a cafe professional co-op.
The club worked hard to recommend revolutionary means for monarchism and Anshan レジーム equally and played a role to make a motto of Liberté,égalité, fraternité ("freedom, equality, friendship") widely available in particular. We had the speech in the armed forces by Maruki de ギシャルダン in May, 1791 with it [1]. There is that the influence of the club was seen in particular in the foundation of the worship of the reason in the foundation of the revolutionary armed forces destined to secure food in Paris.
The meeting did active participation for exercise for the monarchism of June 20, 1792 and August 10. However, since then it was thought that George Danton who was a more moderate club leader, Fabre デグランティン (), カミーユ デムーラン canceled participation (they form a group on the pretence of Indulgents known as a Danton group or a counterrevolution group), and the club was put under the control of the revolutionist who required J R Hebert, F N Vincent (), the C P H Ron sun (), the reinforcement of the reign of terror such as A F モモロ (). These revolutionists formed a Hebert group consisting of the extreme left of アンラジェ () ().
In the Cordelier club under the Hebert group rule, rivalry was already taking place by the revolutionist whom it overlooked to let fear end. It was caused on a magazine of Danton in particular and カミーユ デムーラン by デムーラン. The magazine "le ヴィユー Cordelier" () of デムーラン was published against "デュシェーヌ father" in December, 1793 by デムーラン. These moderate revolutionists received support of the General Westerman of the Vendee military position (), but there was not necessarily all as a motive by consideration of the humanity. Themselves compromised, and the person such as Fabre デグランティン or Francois シャボ () worried about life of their own in the harshness of the reign of terror through hardships. The club sent デムーラン with Danton and criticized Robespierre by the reason of his "moderateness" (), but I failed in the new revolt that a club planned, and the leader was hung to the Guillotine on March 24, 1794, and a club was known to nothing from the day. Most of the constitution is not known.
