The ヴィクトール Baru tar (Victor Baltard, from June 9, 1805 to January 13, 1874) is a French architect.

After having done the ascetic practices of the building by the cause of father, I learn from エコール デ ボザール. I served an atelier patron after returning home at once from Roma award, Rome until atelier establishment, 1856 in 1844 in 1833.

The design of the former Paris central market is entrusted with, and I make building plan of the stone at first, but it is not well-lighted and is ordered construction cancellation by Napoleon III at time seriously and, as a result, brings about the excellent building of the steel frame, but I am criticized with one's own plagiarism by エクトール オロー. In addition, the sun de ギュータン church where I put bisun Japanese spaniel-like dome on uses a steel frame for the internal space boldly, but I receive criticism when I do not stand on the order from the architect who conforms to classicism about this building, and the central market is attacked by the Gothic group of the デュク and others which did praise if a stone and the unification of the steel frame are incomplete.
