Origin
In June, 1873, I am born in current Minamishinza, Tsuyama-shi [2]. I am a graduate from Hosei University [2] and, in 1902, make entering a ministry [2] to the Ministry of Finance (existing Ministry of Finance).
On recommendation [2] of Kiichiro Hiranuma, I become Akaiwa, Okayama, Oda hundreder afterwards [2]. In 1923, I become Tomata hundreder [2].
In November, 1926, I become Mayor of Yamacho, Kozu, Tomata [2]. When I promoted Yamacho, Tsu, Santochou, Tsu, west Toma Tamura, Ninomiya-mura, Innosho-mura, the merger of 6 municipalities with the Kume-gun Fukuoka village, and Tsuyama-shi started in February, 1929, I did the assumption of office [2] to the mayor [3].
After the assumption of office, acted as the mayor for three quarters, and built waterworks maintenance, a foundation of Tsuyama-shi including the new city hall construction [1]; [2].
On April 1, 1956, I praise an achievement and am commended as Tsuyama-shi honorary citizen [1].
