Geography

It is in 13km, the bank of the JAL de blank fall river (fr) from the Bordeaux center.

There is sun = メダール around an enclave of corporate group SNPE (SNPE) handling explosive substance, and higher than half of the commune area are urbanized widely. In the uninhabited area, most are occupied in a forest, and the military ground exists, too.

History

For the French Revolution era, I was made to be renamed to the name called フュルミナン (Fulminant) [²].

Economic

Sun = メダール is the center of the nuclear missile industry that there are three engines (SNPE, EADS アストリアム, CAEPE) among four nuclear missile industrial engines in Gironde concerned. There are スージュ base, DGE missile test center of the French Department of Defense position elsewhere.
