Strikeout doctor
I complete a law school, and the strikeout doctor (さんしんはくし) is a common name pointing to the person having a degree of the Dr. legal affairs that I failed in all the examination of the three times that are the upper limit of the examination number of times after the acquisition with the eligibility requirements for an examination of the bar examination (the new bar examinations from a system start to 2011) (employment) [1].
Summary
The law schools are classified in the employment graduate school, and the degree called the legal affairs doctor (employment) and the eligibility requirements for an examination of the bar examination are given when I complete it. Because there are examination number of times restrictions to three times within five years after law school completion, in the current system, the person that the loss (commonly called the strikeout) does eligibility requirements for an examination without passing it appears for the bar examination. This is so-called strikeout doctor, a strikeout legal affairs doctor [1]. In addition, the examination number of times is as follows twice, but the example that I was not able to pass in five years is included in the number of the people of eligibility requirements for an examination loss of the following tables because we have a limit during an examination period.
