Sabiecho
Sabiecho (it can be rusted and grows) is a name of a street of Hyogo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo. It is an independent name of a street without the setting of the hinge. The zip code is 652-0821.

It is an area sandwiched between Sanyo Main Line and National highway No. 2 in the southeastern part of Hyogo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo, the west of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Kobe factory.
History
Origin of the place name
There was the small port which came out with Funairi commonly to the east that contacted with Minatogawa (former) and hit the entrance of Hyogo [1] once, and there were many bawdy houses in old days. Was called "rust 江" in the meaning of "the inlet which was not clean" [2]; [3].
