The Paraguayan military (ぐん, west of Paraguay: Fuerzas Armadas de Paraguay) is a Paraguayan military organization. As of 2007 10,100 all the members, reserve duty 164,500 [2]. I receive civilian control through the Secretary of State for Defence under the conduct of the President of Paraguay. There is the whole army of land, sea and air affiliated with the Department of Defense.

I adopt a draft, and it is said that the manhood serves for one year from the 18-year-old birth year.

In July, 2005, a military aid group by American United States Armed Forces Special Forces arrived at the Mariss Cal エスティガリビア Air Force Base (Mariscal Estigarribia) [3].

Organization constitution

Army

Three army assumes nine divisions a basic military unit in the army corps, but, as for the scale as the standing army, there are many approximately 7,000 people and things which the possession equipment made an old type small.

Navy

The navy has the small navy flying corps and Marine Corps having a war vessel necessary for the defense guard of the inland waters river.

Air force

The air force consists of one aviation brigade and other military units, engines.
