In 2003, I win the grand prix by the seventh Nichola model audition of fashion magazine "Nichola" and make my debut.

In 2005, I make my debut as a singer as idol unit "Nico thing" with tiger south Yuka, Rei Okamoto, Wagatsuma Miwa child, Reina Matsumoto.

In March, 2006, I graduate from ニコモ.

On March 3, 2007, indies make their debut as a member of "the キャナァーリ club" of the Tsunku produce. I am called by a nickname of "みっきー".

I appear in the 34th "super squadron series" product "天装戦隊 ゴセイジャー" in the part of Monet / ゴセイイエロー from February, 2010. After Class same order appearance, I changed it to "Mikiho Niwa" name [³].

I take office as a weather caster for the third generation of "ZIP!" (Nippon Television system) from April, 2013 to June, 2014.

In September, 2013, I take office as the mud Rich girls third graduate who are image character of Glico Dairy Products "mud Rich" [⁴].

In June, 2014 for the tenth "favorite weather caster ranking" (the "ORICON STYLE" election) the general second place [⁵].
