Michelle カミロ (Michel Camilo, April 4, 1954 -) is a composer in jazz pianists from Dominican Republic Santo Domingo. In musicians based on Latin jazz, the prominent technique (transcendence art) is appreciated and does a good performance if I call it a virtuoso (great master).
Biography
I begin to play the accordion which I got from the breeding, a parent to music family. I begin to learn the piano under the influence of a grandfather and go to the エリラ manor national elementary House of music (House of national music elementary course) and Dominican Republic Kunitachi music House for 13 years. I move to New York in 1979 and learn in Juilliard School. I play with Tito Puente in 1983.
I appear in Carnegie hall by a trio in 1985 and I expand and rise to stardom. I announce first album Why Not? than Japanese King record. I move to Sony in 1988 and release a self-title and record a bestseller.
I announce flamenco guitarist, coproduct Spain with トマティート in 2000, and this album gains Grammy award Latin section. Album title "Spain" covers standard "Bésame Mucho" of the Latin number with a cover of Chick Corea. I announce Spain Again equal to this following album in 2006. A tribute does three pieces such as great master of the tango world, "Libertango" of peer SORA with this album. I am registered at テラーク for a long time after 2002. I announce costarring album Caribe with the big band in 2009.
