Matsubara house

History
I was developed in (1920) in 1920 by Osaka house management Co., Ltd. (I dealt with the development of Senriyama). The area is approximately 15,000 tsubos. As well as "Matsubara house," I was called the "Matsubara residential area" "Tanabe management place" "Tsurugaoka management ground". In addition, here was "Matsubara Nitta" reclaimed in the Edo era and was Higashinari county Tanabe town Matsubara at the time of a housing estate. There was much-based てが in two houses.
Breaking it does not trade the division from those days, and the rotary is in good health, too. Most houses are rebuilt, but some buildings at the time stay now.
Name of the road
The name was added to each road in the house, and a tree according to name was planted. The name of the road is not used, and some ginkgos are still seen in the tree in the authorities of ginkgo now although very few is left.
