Language astronomical observatory
Few language relief projects that I carry out for the purpose of breaking off "the digital divide between languages" with language astronomical observatory (げんごてんもんだい) (Language observatory), and relieving few languages. For the purpose of the stocktaking of the access difference between languages on the Internet, it was started in 2003.

Summary
Because the language that I can use without inconvenience on digital network in spite of [1] with languages more than 7000 is only a part, and a character code (information necessary for PC indication) is undeveloped, there is yet much language culture alienated in a net, and a digital divide is born on the earth. It began as "an astronomical observatory" to observe this situation. The grasp of the exact fact was necessary and observed the difference between languages exactly in real time without receiving it for a solution to the problem and thought that I could find the concrete directionality for cancellation for the first time by telling the world.
I was founded in Japan by Yoshiki Mikami of Nagaoka University of Technology. There were three, Wales, Catalonia, "the astronomical observatory" of few languages basque in Europe in those days when I began it [2].
