The study base where a problem about use of hydrogen energy and collection, the retention of the CO2 was established from an atom level for the realization of the low-carbon society in Kyushu University which aimed at the solution in the carbon neutral energy international research institute (carbon neutral energy こくさいけんきゅうじょ, a British designation: International institute for carbon-neutral energy research, abbreviated to I2CNER (アイスナー)) by global scientific fusion.
