Kiyohiko Toyama (とおやまきよひこ, June 5, 1969 -) is a Japanese politician. Member of the House of Representatives (the third) of the New Komeito position. New Komeito international chief of the bureau, New Komeito advertising chief of the bureau. Chairperson House of Representatives general affairs.

I successively held member of the House of Councilors (the second), Parliamentary Secretary for Foreign Affairs (the third Koizumi remodeling cabinet), House of Councilors legal affairs chairperson.

Career

After graduation from university, I study in the Bradford University graduate school, the U.K. and, in December, 1998, acquire an irenology doctorate. The title of the doctoral dissertation "war and responsibility: Emperor and an occupation date war responsibility debate in the book." I act as Miyazaki international university instructor from February, 1999 and am in charge of a lecture of political science and the international relations until 2001.

In July, 2001, I run for the 19th member of the House of Councilors ordinary election by New Komeito official recognition from the proportional-representation constituency and win for the first time. In November, 2005, I was appointed in the third Koizumi remodeling cabinet by Parliamentary Secretary for Foreign Affairs. I show up in person by the 21st member of the House of Councilors ordinary election of 2007 from the proportional-representation constituency (Tokyo, Shizuoka, Yamanashi important point) and am reelected. In September of the year, I take office as House of Councilors legal affairs chairperson.

In September, 2008, the run from the proportion Kyushu block in the 45th member of the House of Representatives general election is arranged informally and resigns as a member of the House of Councilors on the way in the term of office. In 2009, I ran for the 45th member of the House of Representatives general election in proportion Kyushu block alone, but was rejected by second. In April, 2010, I am elected by default with member of the Diet resignation of representative of former New Komeito Takenori Kanzaki of the proportion Kyushu block election. In December, 2012, I am reelected in the 46th member of the House of Representatives general election. In December, 2014, it is three selections in the 47th member of the House of Representatives general election. In January, 2016, I take office as Chairperson House of Representatives general affairs.
