Katsumi Tsutsui (there is a pipe Katsumi, March 17, 1941 -) a Japanese school teacher, 進学塾英進館館長, a chairperson [¹].

Career

I am born in Fukuoka-shi. Via 福岡県立修猷館高等学校, I graduate from Kyushu University department of engineering communication engineering department in 1963 and enter Kyushu Matsushita Electric (existing Panasonic system networks).

I work in the company for 16 years, and an engineer, a technical section manager, acting plant manager successively hold it and, in January, 1979, resign from the fourth Division plant manager peacefully last.

In April, 1979, I found the cram school "Kyushu unusual talent academy" where is specialized in junior high school examination in Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-shi. In 1980, I add an examination for high school section and am renamed to "英進館" and, in 1986, I reorganize it in the company and establish E sheep running and take office as the president. In 1988, I establish 英進館株式会社, and E sheep running merges, and, in 1993, it is unified by 英進館 Co., Ltd. In November, 2004, I take office as 英進館代表取締役会長.

I objected to "education at ease" based on a course of study of the government early throughout and proposed a review of the education at ease through a lecture and writing activity [²]. .
