Kamakura diary
The Kamakura diary (Kamakura Saigon cinnamon) is a record when Mitsukuni Tokugawa visited Kamakura (1674) in May for Enpo era two years. Sightseeing was not a purpose and keenly realized that there were few documents about the Kamakura era in editing work of "the large Japanese history" and proceeded to Kamakura in form like the head of the local academic investigating group. The Kamakura diary should be called the working papers. In addition, not the travel diary which Mitsukuni wrote, it is written down in the end of a volume that it is vassal Mototsune Yoshihiro and others that gathered it up.

I reach the Seto Bridge of Kanazawa (existing Mutsuura) on May 2 and arrive at Eisho-ji Temple which Mito feudal clan built in the evening of the day and the attendant of the Edo residence of a lord arrives earlier there and fixes all preparation and meets it. Not only the personal thing of Mitsukuni but also the thing that I notified a main temple, an elder of each land about when I prepared to explain the history of the land was included in "all preparation".
I left for home from Eisho-ji Temple on May 8 and stopped at the clean light temple (popular name, play line temple, the head temple of a Buddhist sect of the Jishu sect) of Fujisawa and stayed at the Kanagawa hotel and returned to a residence of a lord of Edo on 9th. The Kamakura stay is approximately one week. Meanwhile, I let place not to be able to go around, e.g., Nagoshi, Kawasakidaishi dispatch a vassal by oneself and do a visit (investigation).
The tendency that I just record is seen without being able to analyze the explanation that I received from an aged person, an elder in each land because naturally I am not well acquainted with geography, and the knowledge at the time was limited about the historical fact again even if I say a virtual investigating group. On the contrary, it is said that it shoots the mark when I do a reading of that it reached the land in this way early in the Edo era.
