David アサートン (David Atherton, January 3, 1944 -) a British leader [1] [2] [3].
Birth of Blackpool. I learn music in Cambridge University Fitzwilliam school [4] and command [Il trovatore] of Verdi including music activity as the staff of the coVento garden royal opera house in 1968 from 1967. I established Nicholas snowman and London sinfonietta in the same year and acted as a musical director until 1973. I appeared in the Scala Theater of Milan for the first time in 1976 and I appeared in the war memory opera house of San Francisco in 1978 and gave glory to United States debut. I acted as the top leader of the San Diego symphony orchestra from 1980 through 1987 and held an additional post of a top leader of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra from 1980 through 1983. I founded main Lee Mozart music festival of San Diego after the arrival at post while I took office as the top leader of the Hong Kong Philharmonic orchestra orchestra from 1989 through 2000 and was concerned with the music festival until 2013 [5]. In addition, I acted as a musical director of the London sinfonietta of the old home again until same 1989 through 1991.
Main premiere works include [punch and Judy] (the premiere with the 1968 old rose) of Harrison バートウィッスル, [we came to the river] (the premiere in the 1976 coVento garden royal opera house) of Hans Werner Henze.
