History

• 1876（MeijiNine years): 宇 ノ island police station is established and is renamed to an eight shop police station immediately.
• 1877 (1877): It becomes the eight shop branch office of the eight shop police station, but abolishes it in the next year.
• 1882 (1882): I make a fresh start as an event police station eight shop branch office.
• It is September (1886) for 1,886 years: I become independent as an eight shop police station.
• 1948（Showa23 years): By Police Act revision, local police under state control Chikujo district police station and the changing of a name, the jurisdiction become the Chikujo-gun two 18 village except the eight shop-cho, and an eight shop police station has jurisdiction over the eight shop town.
• It is September (1951) for 1,951 years: The eight shop police station is abolished, and the town enters under the jurisdiction of the Chikujo district police station.
• 1954 (1954): Chikujo district police station is abolished, and, by second Police Act revision, a Fukuoka eight shop police station is born.
• It is April (1955) for 1,955 years: Because I am complicated with eight neighboring villages, and the eight shop-cho became Buzen-shi, it revises it with Buzen police station and reaches it at the present.
• It is February (1993) for 1,993 years: I move to the present location.
