李慶芳 (りけいほう) is a politician of 清末民初. The character is 楓圃.
Evidence
I graduate from Susumu Yamanishi positive study and enter the Shanxi University. I studied in (light cord 31 years), Japan in 1905 and acquired law bachelorship in Nippon University. After returning home, I participate in a foreign student examination and become a law and politics employment examination for government officials person. I came back to Shanxi later and tried for the opening of business such as a school and a newspaper publisher, the bookstore.
I am elected (name of an era in the Republic of China two years), member of the House of Representatives in 1913 and become constitution drafting Committee committee. In addition, I published the newspapers such as "民憲日報" or "a constitution newspaper". I join the citizen party which is an order political party of pro-Yuan Shikai whom 梁士詒 formed in September of the year.
After Yuan Shikai death, 李慶芳 is active as a Diet member. When a drought was generated at the North China 5 ministry, I built the House of culture for damaged people relief and did it. I was elected a temporary member of the House of Councilors (name of an era in the Republic of China six years) in November in 1917 and was chosen as House of Councilors chief secretary. I am appointed cheap national military politics panel discussion member under (name of an era in the Republic of China 16 years), 張作霖 in 1927. However, I threw it on 平津衛戌総司令部 which Shakuzan En established and, in the next year, was appointed strategy, diplomacy, place long に of the traffic three place [1].
After a Japan-China War outbreak, 李慶芳 returned home. The plum rescues soldiers after negotiations when a soldier of Japan is going to execute 30 people's liberation army soldiers once because a Japanese military commander was the fellow scholar for the studying abroad era of the plum. Plum oneself was caught later by the Japanese military and it lasted for more than 40 days and was imprisoned and cooperation was forced, but continued refusing this till the last.
I die of illness (name of an era in the Republic of China 29 years) on March 10 in 1940. Age at death 62. The bulletin "new sinter daily report" of the Chinese Communist Party mourns for 李慶芳 and places an article to praise.
