鄒琳 (phosphorus to suck in) is a politician, a journalist, a banker, a lawyer of the Republic of China. In a Japan-China War period, it is one of the people in charge of a fiscal policy of Nationalist China. The character is Yulin. The music name is good 炘. The nom de plume is 達公. 祖籍 is Guangdong tide provincial capital Daiho prefecture.
Evidence

I take office as 広東省銀行董事長 with Guangdong government chief secretary (name of an era in the Republic of China 36 years) in November in postwar 1947. I became a Managing Director at Guangdong supplies adjustment Committee committee in the next month. I leave for Hong Kong for (name of an era in the Republic of China 38 years) in 1949 of the last years of country cocivil war.
