History

Debut

I was formed led by Eric Turner of the guitarist in 1984. I do it after organization soon, and the Jerry Dixon of the bassist participates in the band, and the lineup at the time of the debut is completed after drawing of the Janney lane of the singer who was active in Plain Jane.

I finally contract with Columbia without the band continuing moving into action in Los Angeles, and reaching it for an official contract though it stays in the eyes of the A&M record. I announce debut album "Dirty Rotten Filthy Stiniking Rich" (as for the title in Japanese "a money game") in 1989. The band performed pole Stanley and Queens like, a poison, a kingdom cam and a tour afterwards. Of the second place [2] before long U.S. ballad "Heaven" from this album made a big hit, and gained a great success to make a profit of 2 million pieces of albums [3].

Prohibited cherry pie

They who became the popular band at a bound announce 2nd album "Cherry Pie" (as for the title in Japanese "the cherry pie which is not good") in lasting 1990. I made a profit of 2 million pieces and sent you into the U.S. seventh place. In addition, the band performs the tour with the poison again.

Stall by the Grand the boom

When グランジ gains power before long, the label called the band of the old generation is put, and, like many other LA metal bands which played an active part in the 80s, popularity hovers around them. As for the musicality of their own 3rd album "Dog Eat Dog" of 1992 (in the United States 500,000 pieces of sales [3]) After that I changed into the thing which approached グランジ, but was not able to put conventional success without being able to overcome the headwind of the times.

Secession of the Janney lane

When Janney lane withdrew in 2004, going back on the way, the lineup at the time of the debut except the singer gathered it Steven suite and Joey Allen who left the band in the members at the time of the debut for a long time again in the band. The band made Jamie cent James of the former black and blue a singer and was produced led by Dixon, Turner, three people of James in 2006 and announced album "Born Again" which brought back the musicality at the time of the debut like the LA metal.

In 2008, Janney lane returns to the band again, and the band discharges Janney by the reason of the badness of the performance by the live of the thing which reopened the activity by the original lineup that it becomes ten several years since the last. The Robert May loss of the former Lynch mob joined it instead.

The Janney lane became the corpse in a hotel in August, 2011 and was discovered [4].

I visit Japan again afterwards as "Cherry Pie Tour" in 1994 in 1991. James co-tuck of the drum was wounded in a foot in the live middle, and, by the live of 1994, I witnessed Janney beat a drum, and James sang "Should I Stay or Should I Go?" of the crash.
