The canoeist that ミハウ ガヨフニク (MichałGajownik, from December 15, 1981 to November 13, 2009) is from マウォポルスカ prefecture of Poland, フシャヌフ county フシャヌフ.

I participated in a canoe Europe Jr. championship in 1998 and won a silver medal. Even the world championship of the youth won a silver medal in 1999. I was chosen as a representative in spite of being only 18 years old for the Sydney Olympics of 2000. However, I participated as Daniel ヤドラシュコ and 2-crew 500m at defeat, 2-crew 1,000m at one-passenger 500m with パベル バラシュキエビッツ which acquired a silver medal in the last place during two sets of qualifiers nine, but this was over in the eighth place in the final, too.

I converted to 4-crew after the Olympics and won a gold medal at canoe sprint world championship 1,000m of 2002. However, I showed ナンドトロン positive by a dope test of the beginning of the season of 2003 with Martin コルビエスキ. Both denied doping together, but suspension measures for 2 years were given, and the Athens Olympics participation of 2004 was quitted.

I return to a competition in 2005 and win one gold medal, bronze medal one by the world championship of the same year. I belonged to Posnania Poznańclub until 2006. On November 13, 2009, I died by a traffic accident in フシャヌフ [1].
