I was confirmed as an ingredient of the dangerous herb (synthetic cannabinoids) like APICA (English version) at a research institute of Japan in March, 2012 [2]. In Japan, was added to a designated drug based on the Drugs, Cosmetics and Medical Instruments Act on July 1, 2012, and was said that was illegal [3]; [4] [5]. In addition, in the New Zealand, I was appointed in a designated drug (Temporary class drug) at one time on July 13, 2012 and was forbidden [6].
