Magojiro Maekawa

Magojiro Maekawa (まえかわまごじろう, from February 6, 1902 to February 2, 1971) is a Japanese medical scientist. A doctor (medicine). Professor emeritus at Kyoto University.

Origin, person

Mitoyo-gun, Kagawa ratio place Nimura (existing Takazecho, Mitoyo-shi) native place [1]. Via old system Kagawa Tatsumi Toyonaka school, an old system third high school, I am a graduate from the Kyoto empire University medical department [2].

A specialty is theory electrocardiogram studies, angiocardiology, immunity and allergology, neurology.

I acquire a degree after Kyoto empire University medical department graduation (1931) (1926) in 1931 in 1926 (doctor of medicine).

I take office as Kyoto University medical department third internal medicine lecture professor through an assistant professor at university studies medical department (1946) (1936) (1932) in 1946 in lecturer at university studies medical department, 1936 in 1932 [3].

It is the pioneer who did problem submission about neurologic disease "SMON" peculiar to Japan first. As an electrocardiographic world-famous authority, I proposed the original layer vs. the electric opinion about an electrocardiogram theory and clarified the significance of the electric potential electrocardiogram. In addition, I confronted a proposition to give the logic in the medicine that it may be said that it is undifferentiated [3], and natural science, the humanities, people of each field of the social science advocated the open space of the agora deepening a thought through talks about health and a human being, and agora (agora) was the open space of the citizen's meeting in an agora surrounded by an administrative office, a shrine, the stores in a city of the ancient Greece, and Socrates is said to be it by talking with a citizen in this agora when I established of him and citizen's philosophy.

The study taught a Japanese circulatory organ society over the whole of a cardiotonic drug, crown circulation, renal disease, cerebrovascular disorder, vasculopathy and the circulatory organ disease [3]. I acted as Chief Director Japanese circulatory organ society first generation until (1969) in 1969 from (1956) in 1956 [4]. I retire from the Kyoto University medical department (1965) in 1965.
