Iwaki Meisei University (いわきめいせいだいがく, English: Iwaki Meisei University) is a Japanese private university establishing the headquarters at 5-5-1, Chuodaiiino, Iwaki-shi, Fukushima. It was installed in 1987. The abbreviated designation of the university is IMU. There is Meisei University in the brothers school (partner school).

History
- 1987 open studies. A department of science and engineering (basic law of nature subject, properties of matter subject, electronic course, machinist subject), humanities department (Japanese sentence subject, Britain and the United States sentence subject, social subject) setting.

Library
The Iwaki Meisei University library is in the Myojo, Iwaki university campus and is shown to a general user not only the gownsman widely. In 2007, I was largely renewed with completion of the learning center.
A floor has a series of it, and the building of the hall unifies it with learning center and each floor of the first-floor .2 floor .3 floor which are adjacent at the third floor, 1 story below ground above the ground. The reading posts exceed 400 seats in conjunction with a library and learning center. To a library, learning center, the hall has good environment of the wireless LAN, and, other than an attached desktop PC, even a notebook PC loaning at the first-floor counter can use a network. Other
The simultaneous acquisition applicant of the teaching certificate of a junior high school and the elementary school enables the acquisition at the same time by studying the associated subject of the elementary school license in the Meisei University communication Education Department of the brothers school. I conclude an agreement compatible with a unit with Open University school and can authorize it as a unit to be a graduate, and to need the unit that I acquired in the Open University [1]
