It started in 1963. The start original participating nation was West Germany, Belgium, Spain, U.K., Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, American 11 countries in addition to Japan, France, Switzerland of the projection country. The member nation fluctuates, and the color information group which is Austria, Colombia, Korea, Czech, China, Turkey, Hungary, Finland, Portugal, a Rumanian representative participated or joins it now.

Use of the chosen color

The color (choice color) to use for a fashion chosen in international popular color Committee is done with popular color information started at early time.
