Clement Arman Falliere (Clément Armand Fallières, 1841.11.6 - 1931.6.22) is a French politician and is the President of the French Republic from 1906 through 1913. I changed the penalty of many condemned criminals to the light thing against bluffness in the death penalty.

Life

I was born in メザン of Lot-et-Garonne. Father was a quarter sessions aide. I learned a law and became a lawyer in ネラック, and a political career began in 1868 as a member of a municipal assembly. I became the mayor for the next 1,871 years and became a councilor of Lot-et-Garonne in 1871. Because Falliere was an enthusiastic republican, I lost the job by the downfall of Adolf Thiers in May, 1873. However, I was chosen as a representative of ネラック in February, 1876. I agreed with the Republican Party left in the assembly and signed protest of May 18, 1877 and was reelected five months later.

I became a vice-minister of the Department of the Interior of the Joule ferry cabinet (1880.5-1881.11) in 1880. It was the Secretary of State for the Home Department and served the Prime Minister during one month from January 29, 1883 from August 7, 1882 to February 20, 1883. When he was a minister, for declaration (1883.1) of Prince Napoleon, he faced a problem called the exile of the people who aimed at the French throne.

Because Falliere was sick in those days and was not able to confront a storm of the resistance, I resigned when the Upper House refused his plan. However, in November, the following day, I was chosen as a minister of the Department of Education by a ferry and performed various reform of the school system.

I resigned in May, 1885 and became the Secretary of State for the Home Department in Morris ルビエ cabinet two years later. I changed the position of the Secretary of State for the Home Department for a position of the Minister for Justice in December. He was sent back to the Secretary of State for the Home Department again in February, 1889 and finally took care of the Minister for Justice again from May, 1890 to February, 1892. I was chosen as a member of the Upper House with 417 agreement vs. 23 in Lot-et-Garonne in June, 1890. Falliere continued still fighting independently from the party, but kept influence among the republicans.

I was chosen as the President of the Senate in May, 1899 and kept the position until 1906 chosen as a republic presidential candidate by association of group of left of both Houses. Falliere was chosen as the President of the Senate by 449 votes of agreement, opposite of other party 371 votes cast for a pole do email by the first secret ballot.
