Summary

According to the site of the United Church of Christ, I attend at the tenth "international conference about the scientific unification" that is an event held in Seoul, Korea in November, 1981 affiliated with United Church of Christ,
I brought a proposed Japan-Korea tunnel design in Japan [1], and Eizaburo Nishibori who heard hope of Moon Sun-Myung was established in May, 1983 by Masatoshi Matsushita, Tadayoshi Sasaki, Nishibori, Yasuo Sasa and others.

It was past, and there was mention with "the NPO corporation which promoted the Japan-Korea tunnel which Rev. Moon Sun-Myung proposed" in the official site [2].
In addition, "group business affiliated with United Church of Christ" includes "the Japan-Korea tunnel meeting for the study in the page of Moon Sun-Myung of the United Church of Christ official site, too" [3].

In 2003, Investigation Committee for party diplomacy (a chairperson: Taro Nakayama) investigates a Japan-Korea undersea tunnel design.
I hear it to Yoshio Uga engaged in the Strait of Dover tunnel, three people of Hikoji Takahashi, Kensuke Hama of the Japan-Korea tunnel meeting for the study. Three people showed an opinion, the Japan-Korea undersea tunnel "was technically feasible".
I announced the policy proposal about the Japan and Korea tunnel in "the dream" that "the dream realization examination committee (a chairperson: Taro Kimura) made with a country" in the meeting raised from the nation in March in the dream realization 21st century of the LDP below.
I will thereby put future examination on the committee meeting by cooperation of the Investigation Committee for party diplomacy [4]. The later process is unknown.

Yoshiro Mori, Noh Tae Woo, Kim Dae-jung, the person who experienced each leader of Roh Moo-hyun and others Japan and Korea cooperated, too [5].
