International wine challenge
The wine competition that the international wine challenge (English: International Wine Challenge, a popular name: IWC) is held every year in U.K. London in April. A sake section (Sake Category) is established from 2007.

Summary
In 1984, it is held in London by Robert Joseph, two people of Charles Metcalfe. Originally it was the plan of the wine international magazine (existing: en:Wine_&_Spirits), but was sold to British William Reed Business Media company in 2006.
Metcalfe, Derek Smedley of the master of wine, Tim atto- Kyn, four people of Sam Harrop act as the current examination chairperson. The sake section is Kenichi Ohashi of 山仁酒店社長. Simon フォフストラ acts as a person in charge.
In addition, Ministry of Foreign Affairs adopts the sake of the higher winning prize of IWC for government establishments abroad from 2011 saying that there is equitableness because every year receiving a prize liquor suiting to the overseas person's taste changes.
Meeting form
The meeting is held for two weeks. There is the meeting to three rounds and it begins for a window shade tasting first and receives a tasting by 300 judges. I can go into two rounds if I get 84 of 100 points or more by an examination result. In the award ceremony of the wine which won the championship, the investiture of the medal is held in London in July.
Examination method
The individual information such as a name, the production center receives examination to get rid of all preconceptions after it was turned down.
