Blues Austin Fraser (Bruce Austin Fraser, 1st Baron Fraser of North Cape from February 5, 1888 to February 12, 1981) is a British naval officer. Admiral of the fleet, first Fraser of north cape baron, GCB, KBE. It is one of the British naval senior commanders at the time of World War II. The job of the British United States Pacific Fleet commander in chief included it at the time of the World War II end and, in the case of surrender document signing on battleship Missouri, the United States of Japan, signed a surrender document as British representative.

Early career in the navy
Fraser entered the British navy as a cadet on January 15, 1904. Fraser began to show possibility to distinguish itself in the military as a new face officer immediately and passed all the processes as first lieutenants [1] from March, 1907 to December, 1908 at the top-class. In other words, Fraser who became a first lieutenant on March 15, 1907 became a captain on March 15, 1908. It was almost spent by straits fleet and Mediterranean Sea fleet at these time. I worked in reconnaissance cruiser baud D Shea until the end of July in the next year when I returned to an own country fleet in August, 1910. On July 31, 1911, Fraser entered HMS excellent (facilities above the ground.the navy gunnery school in the ホエール island of the Portsmouth Port) and has begun to walk a long career to master a way as a specialist officer of the gunnery.
World War II
In the latter half of a series of marine battles developed in Europe, Fraser acted as the commander in chief of the own country fleet. When a fleet of Fraser guarded a transportation fleet toward Murmansk of the Soviet Union, the sea fight happened. In the summer of 1944, I moved from an own country fleet to the east and arrived at strong British United States Pacific Fleet (British Pacific Fleet, BPF) commander, but, as for it, Fraser commanded a fleet unlike the own country fleet which Fraser commanded at the time afterwards from the Australian land not a marine organization. The British United States Pacific Fleet participated in Okinawa war and the final attack to Japanese soil.
Fraser signed a Japanese surrender document as a British representative on September 2, 1945.

As for Fraser, it was done 叙爵 as Fraser of north cape (north cape) baron in 1946.
I became the first Minister of the Navy and the navy military command director for the next 1,948 years and retired at the rank of the admiral of the fleet in 1951.
