A certain company (or a corporate group) cooperates with the verticalization (すいちょくとうごう) by a process to become the value-added source in a corporate group along a supply chain to supply company's product and service to the market, and it is said in business model to integrate the down stream from the upper of the identification business domain while sometimes supplementing financial resources through mergers and acquisitions, and to strengthen competitiveness. In contrast, I say that plural corporate groups providing it by the specific process as defined in the value chain top are unified with horizontal division of labor.

For example, in the auto industry, it is said that it corresponds to this business model that a company running duties before reaching a parts manufacturing factory and the business company selling being performed generally in group companies and an oil retail trade integrates a research company and a digging company, haulier with research and development type company.
