Chinois

Chinois

The chinois (British: Chinois) is a conic sieve of very small eyes. I filter custard, ピュレ, soup, sauce and am used to make fluent taste. Is used to wield powder finely [1]; [2] [3].

The word chinois (Buddha: chinois) is an absorbed word of the adjectives to mean China in French.

There is Tami who a bottom is flat, and pressures an associated kitchen utensil in a scraper and a pestle, and uses it.

China cap meaning a Chinese hat has a much bigger hole than chinois in similar form. I use it to remove the alien substances such as kinds from the ingredients, but do not become smooth.

I may use both chinois and China cap with a pestle and a spatula. In this case, as for the chinois, China cap becomes the function near a food mill to Tami.
