金英煥 (Kim Yong fan, 김영환) is a Korean officer. One of the Korean air force founders. It is 金埈元 for father. It is 金貞烈 for an older brother.

In January, 1921, I am born in 京城府鍾路区. In March, 1939, I am a graduate from palace quarters public high school. I enter the Tsudanuma flying school after graduation. For 1,944 years, it is Kansai University entrance to school. There is me in the Air Service, and it is said that it was famous as airmen of student Airlines. In 1945, I make departure of students for the war front and enter the army spare military academy. I became Second Lieutenant gunner after graduation and greeted the end of the war in Hamheung district.

In July, 1948, is assigned to the army air base headquarters; the adjutant and the personnel affairs staff officer. I moved in the air force flight group from March, 1949 and was the air force flight group chief of staff at the time of the Korean War outbreak. I am dispatched to the actor already performing before the curtain rises as a Mustang operation worker with 李根皙.
Mayor of battle flight group tenth battle flight squadron first in August, 1951. In September of the year, it is Jiangling advanced base commander. The battle flight group vice-head first in June, 1952. In February, 1953, it is the tenth battle flight head. I played an active part as front line commander.
