スケバン (relief duty, deb) is a school girl doing a poor act in a junior high school, a high school. The slang which points at a bad girl, a Yankee, a thrust. It is a word used as state-like one of the bad act boys for the early 1970s and late 1980s.

There are some origins of the word スケバン, but are spread an opinion from "leader of the valets" ("a woman leader of the valets") of "スケ" (woman) most [¹]. Fashion of スケバン
