Akinobu Matsuda

Akinobu Matsuda (まつだあきのぶ, June 28, 1933 [1] -) is a Japanese classical guitar player. It is a best disciple of Andres Segovia. The former name Jiro Matsuda [1].

I work on a concert using the guitar of the Antonio デ Torres product and perform CD production.

Career

I am born in Himeji-shi, Hyogo. I am taught a guitar by chief priest, Shiro Fujii of Syogakuji next to the home including a guitar from 13 years old first. I win a monthly guitar specialized magazine "friend new face music prize of the guitar" after graduation in Kobe University department of economics in 1957.

It is recognized by the welcome performance at the time of the dinner party to welcome Andres Segovia who visited Japan for a performance in 1959 in Segovia, and it is a pupil and visits Europe in the next year. I take Andres Segovia, two times of summer courses by ant Rio Diaz. In an opening lesson, I am estimated as "Japan now has a guitarist" by Segovia. I receive instruction, advice afterwards from Segovia whenever there is it at an opportunity. I receive instruction such as "パバーナ" of the Tarrega composition from Emilio Puyol who is an immediate pupil of Francisco Tarrega while I take a lesson of ant Rio Diaz in Siena. I learn with Jon Williams by recommendation of Segovia.

I get Papas プヤナ prize in the international guitar contest that assumed Segovia chairman in 1961. I appeared to a performance, TV and a radio afterwards in a visit to the United States, a number of ten city because guitarist of Chicago, gym Norris planned a concert tour in the United States and invited you. I met Wes Montgomery of the jazz guitarist in Detroit and flipped Bach one piece for his request.

In 1969, I achieve New York debut in Carnegie hall. "A style of the self is described as development" by "New York Times" paper. In 1979, I become a honorary councilor of association of カステルヌオーヴォ = テデスコ. A musical piece, a letter, a photograph were sent from カステルヌオーヴォ = テデスコ and were invited to the party after the concert of Segovia in the カステルヌオーヴォ = テデスコ's house again and participated with ハイフェッツ and others. カステルヌオーヴォ = テデスコ sends a letter of the praise to listen to the tape which recorded a performance of Matsuda. I acted in the same play with Kyoko Kishida and Isao Kimura, Christopher New Bakery and costarring, a shadow picture of Shingo Fujishiro and the reading aloud of Kaoru Yachigusa by reading aloud in "plastic terrorism and me" of the カステルヌオーヴォ = テデスコ composition.

I receive a message, "I love him as a friend as an artist again" from Segovia in 1980. "Any complicated passage has technique to play easily" takes a blurb, "it is high, and he flies by one's wing wonderfully now" from Segovia that is visiting Japan in 1982. In addition, Segovia agreed to appearance if "I would play the guitar", but it was not realized NHK where Matsuda made a lecturer in those days by a judgment of NHK.

The world gave the first public performance of several pieces than カステルヌオーヴォ = テデスコ composition "カプリチョ デ Goya" in 1985. In the same year, I win the Himeji culture prize. I act as the judge of the first Andres Segovia international guitar contest held in 1989 with ant Rio Diaz, カルバレロ, Narciso Yepes and others.
