Yoshiaki Matsuda
Yoshiaki Matsuda (まつだよしあき, October 14, 1952 -) is a Japanese politician. The 100th Kanagawa parliamentary speaker [1]. Act as federation of Representative meeting whole country district's chairperson saving an abducted Japanese in North Korea [2]; [1].

Career
I worked hard at judo to elementary school days or the high school. I entered the Tokai University department of literature and wanted to be a way of the Shorinji Kempo at the university and experienced studying in Moscow [3].
I acted as Tokai University department of literature graduation [1], a secretary of the Representative Ichiro Sato (1974) for 11 years in 1974 [1].
I win for the first time (1987) in the Kanagawa assembly from Totsuka-ku, Yokohama-shi electoral district in 1987 and after that am elected for seven quarters [1].
I belong to the Kanagawa LDP and, as the Chairman of the Executive Council, perform decision, the announcement of the first ticket of the 16th nationwide local elections of 2007 [4].
In the Kanagawa parliamentary speaker election of May, 2007, I made "the chairperson manifesto" that I included a concrete plan of the assembly reform in [5], and the second case and the chairperson manifesto that it was were picked as a result of announcement, discussion in the metropolis and districts assembly by the chairperson [6].
