Kumamoto-shi synthesis health welfare center
The Kumamoto-shi synthesis health welfare center (くまもとしそうごうほけんふくし center) is public accommodation of Kumamoto-shi in Kumamoto-shi, Kumamoto. The April 1, 2008 opening.

Summary

The big reason why these facilities were built is to have been a temporary Government building the deterioration of the Kumamoto-shi public health center and a central health welfare center (prefab house). Particularly, about the Kumamoto-shi public health center, reasons include the facilities which should become the base in the healthy crisis control system and the thing that enough functions cannot show at the time of great disaster although I think.
The nickname "well pal Kumamoto." The word that matched "pal" of Pal (friend, friend) with "well" of Welfare (the welfare). Kumamoto-shi invited public participation for the public and was decided.
It was put being equipped, but most of the vehicle bases moved to the Kami-Kumamoto Station side in 2002, and the Traffic Bureau central government office building moved to the southeastern part of site in 2008 and, on the existing site, was built the vehicle base of this Government building of Kumamoto City Transportation Bureau and train Division, a strange train on the site that became vacant for many years.
