Kondo Wami (Kazumi August, 1975 - that how about not to come) is a Japanese scriptwriter, director, musician and an actor. I am from Shiga.

I form Lowo=Tar=Voga (existing VOGA) with grass wall カゲロヲ while belonging to the revolution group in November of the year.
