The Japanese input consortium (にほんごにゅうりょく consortium) is the spread of input methods suitable for Japanese and the trade group which started for the purpose of standardization in 1989. I establish the NICOLA specifications keyboard which increased improvement to a thumb Shift key board, and a de facto standard by the spread aims at becoming it and the JIS standardization.
