首里三箇 of the Taisho era period

首里三箇 (しゅりさんか) is the area where production of the Awamori was admitted in response to the command of the King prefecture for the Ryukyu kingdom era and points to bird moat, Sakiyama in current Naha-shi, Okinawa Shuri, three towns of Akata.

Main warehouseman

The staying warehouseman is Mizuho brewing, Niisato brewing, 咲元酒造, 瑞泉酒造, Sakiyama brewing depot, 識名酒造 now, but most move, and the warehouseman remaining in 首里三箇 is only following three companies with 首里三箇 as the origin

• 咲元酒造 (bird moat)
• 瑞泉酒造 (Sakiyama)
• 識名酒造 (Akata)
