Alien producing business in Korea (かんこくうちゅうじんはいしゅつじぎょう, 한국우주인배출사업) is business by the Korean scientific engineering department superintendent who sends the first Korean into the space.

Summary

In 2004, the Korean scientific engineering department paid a contract expense of approximately 2,500 million yen to Russia in a rate at the time and purchased the right of the commercial space trip and started a project to send a Korean out for a space trip as a passenger.

On December 25, 2006, two candidates (for each one man and woman) were chosen by a ceremony held in the SBS exhibition hall in the Seoul Special City Jiangxi ward by 36,206 people of general open call for participants [1].

At the beginning of 2007, two people were sent to Russia to receive 15-month training in the Astronaut Gagarin training center close to Moscow. It was a plan to spend approximately ten days while one of two people moving to the International Space Station on Soyuz TMA-12 in April, 2008, and performing a scientific experiment there [4].

On September 5, 2007, first candidate, 李素妍 were nominated for backup Takayama [5]. However, 李素妍 was changed as a result of discussion with the Korea side against the Russia side sending Takayama out by the first candidate saying that I took out the teaching materials that Takayama was not admitted in a training process on March 10, 2008, and rules such as having been going to send those documents which was not admitted out for Korea violated it. Takayama became the backup [6].

李素妍 took off from the Kazakh Baikonur space station in GMT at 11:16 on April 8, 2008 [7].

In addition, 李素妍 is considered to be a person concerned with space trip not an astronaut on NASA and the record of Russia.
