Cluster degradability

Cluster degradability (I buy it - and hurry) or a cluster degradability theory is a theory to assume when two enough remote systems can ignore each other's causation with precision good enough spatially or a hypothesis.

It is expected that I can choose a system freely when I adopt this theory, hypothesis. When this hypothesis is not concluded, I mean that I cannot do a precise prediction if I do not know the whole space.

For example, a generation extinction operator is used in quantum field theory, but it is expected that a system meets cluster degradability when I do the description using the generation extinction operator.
