Nemesis
Nemesis (seventy years of age :Νέμεσις, Nemesis) is a goddess appearing in the Greek myth. It is resentment of God for the rudeness (ヒュブリス) that a human being commits to God and personification of the punishment. The word of Nemesis is will of "the righteous indignation" originally, but is often mistaken for "revenge" (the word that it is hard to translate). For establishment by the personification, the establishment has few myths relatively late. I am expressed as a woman of the alation mainly.
I am considered to be a daughter of Nyx (at night) in "theogony" of Hesiodos. Zeus was going to associate with Nemesis, but it was a swan, and Zeus crossed at last when Nemesis changed the figure in various ways, and escape, Nemesis changed to a goose, and the goddess laid an egg. A shepherdess finds this egg and gives a Spartan queen radar it, and it is said that Helen of Troy and ディオスクーロイ were born from now on. But, as for Zeus becoming the swan then, and having crossed, there is the tradition to be a radar.
There was the known shrine of Nemesis in lamb nous in northern Attica, and there was an image of a deity which the ground ticked away on a pay day. Nemesis here was considered to be a goddess of the character similar to Artemis. In addition, there was the worship of Nemesis of Nemesis アドラステイア (the person who cannot do Adrasteia 遁 れることの) said to that Adrastus began it in ボイオーティア namely the necessity.
It is said that it is Nemesis to have given Narcissus (Narcissus) who refused love of A Coe of ニュンペー punishment.
In the Greek tragedy, it is often mentioned as a role similar to Arty and Erinyes and others, a performer of the Heaven's vengeance. Festival, ネメセイア (Nemeseia) of Nemesis were performed in アテーナイ. Main in asking for making peace between so that grudge (nemesis) of the dead person who did not receive the religious service that these are enough for does not leave for living things; was intended.
I was considered that Nemesis admired in Smyrna had two figures and was a goddess of the character similar to アプロディーテー than Artemis. As for the origin of this duality, it is unknown, but it is supposed that it is the reflection of a duality (avenger without the side and the stings to give a benefit to pacify revenge) of the character of Nemesis in itself or a city of Smyrna having consisted of the parts of two the old and the new.
