Roppongi Hills (ろっぽんぎ Hills, Roppongi Hills) is a compound facility in Tokyo, Roppongi.

Hotel "Grand Hyatt Tokyo" was Asahi National Broadcasting head office company building, culture facilities such as movie theater "TOHO cinemas", other commercial facilities, and, mainly on office tower "Roppongi Hills forest tower," apartment complex "Roppongi Hills condominium" was constructed and opened it (2003) in April in 2003. As for the design, jar D partnership was in charge of the commercial area of the low-rise building part including Keyakizaka corn Pedersen Fox associates in forest tower or Grand Hyatt Tokyo. In addition, in Asahi National Broadcasting, architect Fumihiko Maki, "the alien of the image character from Roch Roch" depend on Takashi Murakami of the modern artist.

Roppongi Hills forest tower possesses emergency transmitting equipment of J-WAVE, and broadcast of up to 1kW is possible even if the transmission from the Tokyo Skytree becomes impossible.

History

It was Roppongi Hills performed a business plan of as redevelopment of 6, Roppongi, Minato-ku, but approximately 500 households have ever lived on this ground [¹]. Prehistory

A current metro hat is a plaza, the area of the Hollywood beauty plaza at all. The tunnel which carried below was called "Hollywood tunnel" in what was dug after there was a company building of Hollywood.

A garden of very large Mori House was left once (毛利甲斐守邸跡). In the pond in the garden, Nikka - tele morning service charges have a popular name called the Nikka Pond [²], and "even the naan of the saury comes to be known to for the Derby" a program of Asahi National Broadcasting (I referred it to "a Derby pond" after the middle of the Class same order). Mori garden of approximately 4,300 square meters in area is established in the site, and there is "Mori Pond", but this is different from the Nikka Pond now. As for the former garden remains of an ancient structure, it is done 埋土保存 under the Mori Pond [³].

Celebration said hello to Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi who attended saying "I think that it was lucky that Roppongi Hills which was extremely stimulating, and was attractive was able to be present at this born birth for new citizen-based town planning of this Tokyo".
• April 25, 2003 - opening of business (town difference). In October, the head office, a studio of Asahi National Broadcasting returns from Toyocho, Yotsuya (Toyocho transfers dismantling, Yotsuya to others afterwards).

Completion post

Russian President Putin who visited Japan (2005) on May 20 in 2005 visited the Roppongi Hills observation deck (the 52nd floor) and observed the friendship art exhibition in commemoration of the Japan and Russia 修好 150th anniversary holding [⁴].

Symbol of the high income earner

A lot of celebrities such as a big game actor, a talent or the top musician lived in the Roppongi Hills condominium which was a house ridge, and the IT venture company which went public established the office to the Roppongi Hills forest tower which was an office tower in succession again. Managers of these companies came to attract young attention of the media in a successful thing. A lot of companies such as the IT connection entered it, too, and the word "Roppongi Hills group" (Roppongi Hills inhabitants) came to be used.

In Roppongi Hills, Roppongi energy service performs all by electricity and supply of the thermal power including the gas. Roppongi energy service is a specific electricity company established by Mori Building and Tokyo Gas [⁸].

I adopt a gas turbine cogeneration and establish facilities's original energy plant as fuel with city gas and supply the electricity for several thousand households of standard home within a level. Power supply is in this way enabled without receiving most of the electricity restrictions such as blackouts [⁹]. When supply of the gas stops, I purchase power from Tokyo Electric Power and take the double backup system generating electricity with stored kerosene by any chance when it becomes impossible. This depends on the request of the foreign-affiliated tenant for the office environment where power supply does not settle on at the time of the emergency either [¹⁰].

It did not operate in the normal, but the power supply function did not remain in the building street and was done for the outside and supplied surplus electricity to the outside by the power saving of the building street in an occasion of the electricity shortage with the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake (the Great East Japan Earthquake) although being restrictive [¹¹].

TOHO cinemas Roppongi Hills

TOHO cinemas Roppongi Hills is a cinema complex in the Roppongi Hills Keyakizaka inferiority complex. There is 9 screen.

From Roppongi Station a 0-minute walk (because is connected directly with Roppongi Hills, really do indispensability from metro hat and the Hibiya Line Exit B1 connected directly with for foot around five minutes, and need it to the wicket of Roppongi Station of Oedo Line and Azabu-Juban Station for foot a little over ten minutes).

Traffic

Community bus

2 routes of community bus "ちぃばす" of Minato-ku are operated (2004) from Tamachi Station and the Akasaka area from October 1 in 2004. Like RH01, the capital 01 lapel system of the metropolitan bus, it stops at Roppongi Hills and both stops of Roppongi Keyakizaka.

• A late-night flight (Futago Tamagawa rise - Shibuya mark city - Roppongi Hills - Haneda Airport international terminal) stops at the group bus platform in Hills in Haneda Airport airport limousine early morning departing from and arriving at an international terminal which Keihin Electric Express bus and Tokyu bus operate.
• The following express buses which Fuji Kyuko group operates stop (as for Iwate bond as for every day, others only on Saturday, a holiday). The platform doubles as a group bus.

  • It is 1 coming and going among The Moon Princess expresses (Tokyo - Fuji Line)…Fuji immediate Shizuoka bus

I am connected to Roppongi Hills "66 ぷらざ", and I was maintained in form to expand "Roppongi Hills" as the new doorway from Toru Roppongi Aoyama, Nishiazabu, the Shibuya area and the building where it is [¹⁵] and function as a doorway of Roppongi Hills, and it is an official constitution facility of Roppongi Hills, but the construction of the building is treated as a different project because a building, completion time is different from other facilities [¹⁶].

North tower

• 麻布警察署の並びにあり、六本木通り、首都高速3号渋谷線に面するオフィスビルで、その名の通り六本木ヒルズで最も北に位置する。
• 他の施設と異なり、再開発プロジェクト以前から存在した建物で、1971年に東京日産自動車販売の自社ビルとして竣工したものである。
• 再開発が始まった2000年に森ビルが買収、いったん「ZONEビル」と改称後、六本木ヒルズ開業に併せ「六本木ヒルズノースタワー」と再度改称した。
• 竣工から40年以上経過しており、近代的なリニューアルを施されている。オフィスビルとしてコカ・コーラ カスタマーマーケティングなどが入居しており、一般客向けのテナントもある。
