Bruschetta

Bruschetta of the tomato
Bruschetta of the raw ham

With the bruschetta (Italy: Bruschetta), it is one of the light meals of the Italian food. I am used as snacks and hors d'oeuvres. It is the local cooking of the central part of Italy originally. The name comes from ブルスカーレ bruscare meaning "I warm it by a charcoal fire" in the dialect of the Roma district.

Summary

The briefest bruschetta rubbed garlic against the bread which I baked with an oven lightly and I sprinkled olive oil and waved salt and pepper. I can perform topping of vegetables, cheese, herb, the meat such as a red bell pepper and a tomato, the bean.

From the thing which rubs the garlic against bread, and does only a fragrance charge account, I pick up cutting fine or the thing which I cut into round slices thinly or hang garlic oil and vary by a recipe. I may be called an Italian garlic toast, but a difference with the garlic toast is to use using olive oil and the bread which the outside did crisply.

It spreads widely in Italian overseas Europe and America. There are many examples which I call the source which mixed a tomato, garlic, herb, olive oil "bruschetta" in the United States of America and market. It is pronounced ブルーシェッタ in the English zone.
