Aouzu Station (あおうづえき) is an East Japan Railway Co. (JR East) Echigo Line station in Shimoaozu, Tsubame-shi, Niigata [1].

Station structure

A station [1] having simple system home one 1 line above the ground. It became the island expression home one 2 line before, but the exchange facilities have been already removed [1]. ([3] that I was missing at the removal time, but have been already removed as of 1981)

It becomes the unmanned station of the Tsubame-Sanjo Station management [1]. In the station building, a ride station certificate issuance machine, bench one, a restroom are established only by the function as the waiting room. In addition, a public telephone is installed in the station building side.

At a manned station, it was open once as a simple trust station, but it is unmanned, and the booking clerk window is blockaded with a panel and is used as notice space [1]. One temporarily-type automatic ticket machine (as for Suica, the Orange Card, unusable) was removed on January 26, 2016.
