Sakae, Kobayashi
Sakae Kobayashi (こばやしさかえ, Manen first year July 23 (September 8, 1860) - 1940 (1940) July 28) is a Japanese school teacher. The Inawashiro steady renewal building founder. I am born in the house of the Aizu clansman. I am from current Inawashiro-machi, Fukushima.
